Winter triathlon is no cakewalk. A rookie’s run at the races turned into learning by crashing.

By definition, winter triathlon is the combination of running on snow, riding a mountain bike on snow and cross-country skiing, all on the same courses and with one transition zone. In practice, it’s a lot more too. (more…)
